BACKING DANCERS🎶

What is Backing Dancers?

Backing Dancers is a brand-new platform created by professional dancer Megan Little, whose career highlights include performing on Lily Allen’s Sheezus World Tour.

Megan has taken her passion and industry experience and turned it into a unique opportunity for young performers to step into the shoes of real backing dancers.

Our first project is a Taylor Swift Tribute Show at the Rayleigh Mega Centre, Essex (29 March 2026), where five local dance schools will choreograph and perform three numbers each as official backing dancers.

This isn’t just about the glitz of show night — it’s about learning what life as a professional dancer is really like: the rehearsals, the discipline, the teamwork, and the unforgettable thrill of performing live.

Why Should We Take Part?

Backing Dancers is more than a showcase,  it’s a professional-style experience designed to inspire, educate and excite.

Professional experience
Students get to rehearse and perform like real backing dancers, complete with dress rehearsal, call times, and backstage buzz.

Creative freedom
Each school choreographs its own numbers, supported with industry tips and Taylor-inspired moves from our team.

Confidence & growth
Performing in a high-standard production builds teamwork, discipline and self-belief — skills that last long after the show.

No stress for schools
We handle the production, venue and logistics. Your focus stays on your dancers and your routines.

Unforgettable memories
From the first “song draw” at your Content Day through to the final bow, students, parents, and teachers will never forget the experience.
Only five schools will take part in this first event — making it a truly one-of-a-kind opportunity for your dancers.
